Pitch 1
Brand application
I started from our new brand guidelines and brought the updated colors, typography, logo, and photo treatment into email, adapting them to work within the limits of email clients.
Three redesigned email formats for Capital Rivers Commercial, each built as a reusable Mailchimp template: daily property emails, a monthly availability email, and a monthly newsletter.

The problem
A consistent email system on the new brand that’s easy to scan, works on desktop and mobile, and can be reused every month without rebuilding.
I handled the email design, layouts, templates, content organization, and campaign production.
Pitch 1
I started from our new brand guidelines and brought the updated colors, typography, logo, and photo treatment into email, adapting them to work within the limits of email clients.
Pitch 2
Each listing email leads with a large property photo, then gets straight to what a broker or tenant needs: brochure and website buttons, a property overview, quick highlights, more photos, and broker contact information.
I built the template in Mailchimp, and our graphic designer created the hero graphic template I use for each listing. The layout adapts to any property type, whether it’s a restaurant suite or an industrial lot.
Pitch 3
Our monthly availability email features many listings at once, so every property gets the same card: photo, location, name, a short description, and a link to the listing. The header calls out the property categories so readers can find what fits them.
Pitch 4
I gave our monthly newsletter a more editorial layout, mixing a featured story with smaller blocks for articles, press releases, market updates, and company news. Links in the header point readers to each of our divisions.
Pitch 5
I built reusable templates for all three formats in Mailchimp, refining the HTML where the editor fell short so layouts hold up on desktop and mobile. Along with them, I set a consistent process for updating content, testing, and sending each recurring campaign.
Three email formats that each do a different job and share one brand, built as templates so recurring campaigns no longer start from scratch.
A dedicated presentation for each individual listing
An easy way to browse many listings in one monthly email
Articles and company news gathered into one monthly publication
Email has rules that print and web don’t. Working within the limits of email clients taught me more about HTML and responsive layouts, and how to keep a design readable without losing its look.
